Trish Ladner has been a forward thinker, representing District 30. Her tireless attendance at Pierre and, whenever possible, at Commissioner meetings, shows her care and understanding of the citizens of our area and desire to follow their needs, desires or wants. Trish worked very hard with our other Representatives and Senators to successfully work on reducing taxes for our Ag producers and calling attention to the inequities in our area of taxing grassland at crop values. Trish is currently well aware of the tax burden that is currently falling on our homeowners with inflated values of new home purchases, rapidly raising prices of agriculture and property when we are required to stay within the 80% to 100% of current sales. Trish is heading a tax study this summer, to evaluate these problems and work on some solutions. She is always available to answer the wants and needs of the people of District 30. We need to re-elect Trish Ladner to the House of Representatives
